Shakiness to boards, particuarly at front of Volume I. Text block reamins bound well. Assorted markings and inscriptions, including over a full page of pencil inscriptions at front of Volume I. Marbled end pages and pastedowns, along with edges of pages. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear.
