Original wrappers. GOOD copy, only, because of some problems with the spine (see pic). [++]  Written with Robert Herman, this is a deep and historically penetrating review of the "distribution of the elements" issue. Its 180-item bibliography is particularly useful.  Also included in this same issue is D. Ter Haar's "Cosmogonical Problems and Stellar Energy", an excellent review covering the first section of the issue (pp 119-152), and also including another very useful *chronological bibliography*. Wonderful paper.
