About the Author

Stephanie Schiedermair is chair of European Law, Public International Law and Public Law at Leipzig University, Germany.
Alexander Schwarz is Senior Legal Advisor for the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Tunisia.
Dominik Steiger is chair of Public International Law, European Law and Public Law at Technische Universitat Dresden, Germany.
