*HARDBACK, stated Third Edition, Revised second thousand, in good condition. Brown boards with gilt lettering on spine. Black decorative lines across front board, same unpainted lines on back board. Corners, spine ends bumped and rubbed. Board edges rubbed. Boards in good condition considering books age. Brown endpapers. Previous owners name/address in pencil on upper edge of inside of the front board. Hinge slightly weak at front and back endpapers but still attached. Previous owners name/address also on ffep in ink "Leroy Summers Baker, From Grandma Summers Sept-12th, 1924" Same weakness in hinge at Contents page X and XI. Book had 527 printed pages. Included are several foldout floor plans. A very good copy of such and old book.
