About the Author
Dr. Diana Hu is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Seattle, WA. She utilizes evidence-based methods to treat anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and generational acculturation issues. She also enjoys baking, cuddling with her two cats, and trying to keep her houseplants alive.
Kathleen is a licensed therapist in California and New York. She specializes in anxiety and grief management. Kathleen also runs an office space for other therapists to rent and use. Kathleen was a key contributing clinician for the recently launched Therapy Journal.
Alexandra earned her bachelor’s in comparative literature from Hamilton College and masters from the Science, Health, and Environmental reporting (SHERP) at New York University’s Carter School of Journalism. She is a passionate educator: having served as a corps member with City Year in Washington, D.C and has organized and led many trips with Putney Student Travel and New York Times Student Journeys. She is a five-time volunteer mentor with Girls Write Now. She was a fellow in the National Press Foundation's cancer reporting program and a fellow at the Mayo Foundation Journalist Residency. Alexandra is also a fluent (but not native) Spanish speaker. She loves to bake, bird, travel, and read. I have two very silly cats, Mandu and Babka.
