About the Author

Laura Belus is a practicing naturopathic doctor helping patients locally in Toronto, Canada and virtually. Her years in clinical practice have allowed her to identify. The health needs of the average adult patient today, along with their struggles that are not currently being met by the healthcare system. She holds a minor in psychology from her undergraduate education which allows her a unique focus on making health changes simple and sustainable.
