Things I Like to Eat: A Picky Eater Picture Book About Trying New Foods for Kids Ages 3-9

Things I Like to Eat is a warm, fully illustrated children’s picture book that turns mealtime into an adventure instead of a battle. In the cozy village of Flavorville, a brave little girl named Poppy Doll loves trying new foods—colorful fruits, crunchy veggies, spicy noodles, cozy casseroles, and more. With every bite, she discovers that food can help her feel strong, happy, and confident.

This story is perfect for families dealing with a picky eater or a child who’s nervous about new foods. The gentle, positive text and bright illustrations show kids that it’s okay to be unsure at first—and that tasting something new can actually be fun.
