The Things I Don't Say Aloud

This isn't a collection of poems. It's a rebellion in verse. Jennifer Navis doesn't write to be pretty, she writes to be heard. These poems tear through silence, shame, and sugarcoated survival, dragging raw emotion into the light. From heartbreak to healing, from rage to resilience, she documents the chaos of being human with brutal honesty and dark humour. No filters. No apologies. Just truth, bleeding ink. If you've ever screamed into a pillow, laughed in pain, or felt too much for this world, this book sees you. It doesn't whisper comfort. It screams solidarity. Welcome to her loudest self.

Jennifer Navis writes the way most people scream, raw, unfiltered, and without asking for permission. A poet by instinct and entrepreneur by fire, she turns heartbreak, rage, and resilience into poems that hit where it hurts. When she's not writing, she's running businesses, walking off her feelings, swimming through her thoughts, or overthinking things she said three days ago. The Things I Don't Say Aloud is her debut poetry collection, but her truth-telling started long before the first page. She doesn't write for applause, she writes because silence was no longer an option. This isn't her soft era. This is her loud one.
