About the Author

He works closely with the CEOs of the operating companies to institutionalize human capital and talent management practices and coach the senior executives in these companies. Previously, Michael was the Group Vice President for Talent Management and Leadership Development for Emirates Telecommunications Corporation based in Abu Dhabi. Prior to this role, Michael was a Leadership Development Consulting Partner with global and Fortune 500 firms. He has consulted with McKinsey, Prudential, Shell, Amoco, Etisalat, Compaq, Hallmark, Lucent, etc. He was also the head of the Global Leadership Institute with Rockwell Automation. Michael earned his B.S. in Business from University of Massachusetts - Lowell, MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, and a post-MBA Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College. He has published numerous articles in leading journals and has published two books, 1) "How To Think Like a CEO and Act Like a Leader" (2008) and in February, 2016 his new book entitled, "The Greatest Leader He Ever Saw."
