Karen L. Neilinger began her Wall Street career in the early 1990's. She has worked as Senior Analyst in Global Client Services and The Trust Company at Goldman / Sachs in both New York City and London, in sales on the Fixed Income German Sales Desk, Head of International Retail Marketing and in charge of Fixed Income Marketing for Lehman Brothers in London. Karen holds two Bachelor degrees in Marketing and German from Washburn University, a Master in International Business from Thunderbird and a Master in German from Middlebury College. Karen also spent a year abroad as a Rotary Graduate Scholar at the European Business School in Germany and graduated with a Diplome de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in London. Karen has a Real Estate Broker License and invests in, and develops residential and commercial properties. She also manages private family investment accounts and spends most of her time between Florida, Connecticut and London, England. Francine J. Blum began in the publishing business where she founded and successfully sold her first publication. As an entrepreneur, she then began to invest in commercial and residential properties. Fran was involved in co-op conversions in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area. Later, she had a seat on the New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Board Options Exchange, American Stock Exchange and the Pacific Exchange Stocks and Options. Fran was then invited to join the firm of Caldwell Asset Management which specialized in strategic partnering of stock exchanges worldwide as investments. She has worked as a Senior Advisor for Caldwell Asset Management until her recent retirement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Kean University. She also completed the program for Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard University.
