As a coach of more than 30 years, I have eclipsed the 10,000-hour rule two and half times and have been challenging individuals from all walks of life to transform their lives. Ephesians 6:12 informs us that we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. This is a battle that takes place daily. What many of us don’t realize is that in many instances this fight is found in our “thought life” and can also be found in our daily habits, practices, rituals and routines.
