This commitment to excellence began at birth, born on December 25, 1986, Chris Messenger has delivered nothing less over the last 27 years and this is only just the beginning. Growing up in Mississauga (now living in Toronto, Canada), Chris faced much adversity, which is likely what has contributed to his bull-like tenacity and drive for results. Obstacles such as weight management, self esteem and low confidence lead him to work harder than ever to accomplish what seemed to come naturally for most others. But Chris had big dreams. And never stopped believing he was destined for more. One friend changed it all. A chance meeting in grade school led to an introduction to the athlete world of strength conditioning and a mental state required for success like no other field in the world. As Chris delved deep in personal development reading and listening to the greats Chris began to realize his calling. At 27, Chris has now embarked on a life long journey to educate people that their dreams are possible. As Sir Winston Churchill stated "When your going through hell keep going".
