The Third Age (Paperback)

Tensions are rising among the world’s superpowers, reaching dangerous levels not seen since the Cold War. Almost fifty bankers have been killed in less than a year – but why? As rumours abound of the USA being involved in a ‘gold conspiracy’ and Russia granting asylum to a wanted American whistleblower, international relations are in danger of falling apart. It falls to a young German journalist held hostage by the CIA and a retired SEAL to restore balance. As the two embark on the most treacherous mission of their lives, dodging bullets and uncovering secrets at every turn, every move has the potential to send the world spiralling towards war. The Third Age is a gripping, fast-paced thriller about corruption, betrayal, and the impossible search for truth.

RICH is the pen name and brainchild of lifelong friends Felix Krusch and Sascha Kaiser. It is their place to bring story ideas to reality. Growing up in a little village in West Germany, very close to the border with East Germany, the Cold War pervaded their childhood. With both American and military bases not even a mile away from their family homes, thousands of soldiers were always present in their village. Fighter planes frequently broke the silence in the otherwise idyllic scenery, helicopters flew in and out, drill sergeants leading jogging groups of soldiers in formation through the streets, rumors of atomic weaponry stationed just a couple of hills away ... They all left a mark. Combine these memories with the heroism displayed by the favorite Hollywood productions of their childhood and the newly-intensified saber rattling between the United States and Russia over the Ukraine, and you can see where they draw their inspiration from. Partnering with the right people to get every task in the writing and publishing process of a novel done right ensures quality entertainment for your precious and well-deserved reading time.
