Thou Shalt Question: Freedom From The Doctrines Of Men

In this compelling book, M. J. Prometheus addresses some of the most challenging teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon church) and answers questions such as:

What is the history behind the doctrine of polygamy?

How do we reconcile certain Bible stories with scriptural teachings on charity?

Why were blacks denied the priesthood?

What does the church teach about homosexuality and how has it changed?

Written for both Latter-day Saints and those of others faiths, Thou Shalt Question guides the reader through these difficult doctrines toward a compassionate belief system planted firmly in Christ s teaching to Love one another as I have loved you.

M. J. Prometheus is originally from a distant tropical paradise but now lives on the cold barren plains of Utah with his wife and daughter. He is skinny and pale with long appendages that make him look like a spider monkey. "M. J. Prometheus" is not his real name. Spider monkeys like their anonymity.
