About the Author: Roger Palmer was called to serve the local church in 1982. His call has been to help equip and train the saints in a biblical model of ministry. Roger served as a Minister of Students for 22 years, then served as the National Director of Reach-Out Youth Solutions for 8 1/2 years, and now has been serving as the Ministry Consultant at Crossings since July 2, 2012. Roger's ministry experience, his contagious personality, and his passion for Jesus make him a powerful leader and encourager of ministry teams. Roger and Wendy married in October 1984. God blessed them with two sons, Austin in 1988 and Aaron in 1992.
