Engraved frontispiece and two plates. 4to (8 1/2 x 7 inches), pages: (12):360, 19th Century full crimson crushed morocco, double narrow gilt rules to sides, spine gilt ruled and lettered direct, top edge gilt others uncut, wide inner gilt dentelles; the binding by Riviere. Some rubbing to extremities, corners bent, dark stain to backstrip, headband chipped, upper joint cracked but board held well on cords, foxing to prelims otherwise internally clean. Bound with the half-title.
