This dark, psychological, romantic thriller will keep you on your toes with its rich character descriptions, many plot twists, cat and mouse adventures, and never knowing what will happen next. Set in West Virginia, Paris, and Georgia follow the many escapades of Angeline and Marilyn as they try to stay ahead of Darrell and his cronies and where the predator becomes the prey. The two best friends are always trying to remain safe while attempting to get back to their loved ones. You will be shocked up to the end to see who is involved. Don’t be surprised if you yell, scream, laugh, cry, and cheer for the protagonists in the story. This is a great book that you won’t want to put down. Enjoy the many country music song references that play a large part in the story. If you like thrillers with great characters, settings, life saving adventures, deep romances, and a little extra spice, this book is definitely for you. You will not regret reading it.
