Front board detatched. Spine covering off. Red, ruled embossed cloth with attractive boy,girl ,dog and flower scene in gilt. Other faults include title page off (TheThree Baskets) This would read Little Boy's and Girls Library McLoughlin Bros. 24 Beekman had it been present. Spots fox and soil throughout. The second story bound with the first (Short Tales) has all this included. Also fox,spots soil. HOWEVER the color plates are GREAT and complete to the best of my knowledge in both . .A rather primative rendering. Circa 1850. Size: 16mo. Seller Inventory # 08229
