Size: Octavo (standard book size). 2-volume set (complete). Text body is clean and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Two volume set in a matching slipcase, all in very nice condition. Bright red gilt stamped paper over boards, Vol. I, xi, 276 pages, Index, Foreword by David B. Potts and historical sermon by William Elliot Griffis, this volume being a reprint of the 1880 edition; Vol. II takes up where the previous volume left off, xvi, 384 pages, Index, Notes, Bibliography, this volume illustrated with b & w photographs, Vol. I has a frontis of the church.
