The items include: Original c.1900 photograph of a young girl playing with blocks at a small table. Measures 6" by 4", housed in contemporary embossed paper frame measuring 9" by 6". "Kindergarten Work in the Home". United States, c.1920. Guide for mothers interested in instituting the Kindergarten method at home, including tips for activities involving sewing, paper doll making, gardening, etc. Doubles as an advertising medium for Dr. Caldwell's family medicines. Includes directions for making woven hearts out of paper. 16mo (6.75" by 4.75"), pp. 16 with in-text illustrations, stapled in original illustrated wrappers. Includes typewritten letter advertising Dr. Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin. "Für unsere Rleinen Künstler" ("For our little artists"). Germany, c.1920s. A coloring book for young children, featuring a blank picture to color on the versos opposite an already color-in example on the rectos.
