About this Item
Three images by De Menil, whose work was featured in the 2009 Harvard University Peabody Museum press book," Human Documents - Eight Photographers," compiled by Robert Gardner. Three circus-themed images in black and white; approx. 11" x 14" size; one of which is mounted on board, with the studio stamp of the photographer on the back, along with some penciled notations. The other two photographs with no back information or stamps, and evidently of the same series, visually evident by the mounted image of the same tight-rope walker. No date and circa 1960s; some wear to edges, corner wrinkling; nevertheless, in very good condition. Seller Inventory # 20134
