About the Author

James Scouller is an accredited coach and partner of The Scouller Partnership, an executive coaching practice in the UK. He was a chief executive of international firms for eleven years before becoming an executive coach in 2004, so he understands the pressures leaders face. He holds two postgraduate coaching qualifications and trained in applied psychology at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. He is also the author of the How To Build Winning Teams Again And Again trilogy, released in January 2024.
