The cover has tan buckram covered boards with GIC in red and a wreath (Great Illustrated classics), the spine has blue cloth Spine; the title on spine is in gilt over a red square. The corners and spine ends are lightly bumped with minimal shelf wear; the cover has some brown marks and edges seem to have some foxing spots. The endpapers have some foxing, but are unmarked; the frontispiece is done in a brown tint and is of Alexandre Dumas. The interior is clean with just a few foxing spots (finger grease?); There are16 illustrations . The dust jacket is soiled with tape marks, some pieces missing or ripped, but still hanging on; price of 3.50 uncut. 555pp. plus a list of other GIC books. May need extra postage heavy book.
