He began his career teaching English at Lehighton Area High School in Pennsylvania, later earning advanced degrees from Lehigh University and Widener University, where he completed his Doctor of Education. Inspired to address school climate, bullying, andpositive discipline, he has presented his research at state, national, and international conferences.
