Threshold: Before I Knew What I Was Becoming

Threshold: Before I Knew What I Was Becoming is a powerful work of personal reflection that explores the unnoticed beginnings of change.

Before clarity, before decisions, and before identity fully forms—there is a phase where life simply unfolds. In this deeply introspective memoir, George takes readers into that space: a time filled with uncertainty, repetition, emotional tension, and quiet realizations that had not yet found their voice.

Through a series of poetic and reflective chapters, the book traces the emotional and psychological patterns that shaped the author’s early experiences. Each chapter reveals moments where something shifted internally—often without awareness at the time. What once felt like random movement is later understood as part of a larger transformation.

This is not a conventional story with a clear resolution. Instead, it captures the raw and unfinished nature of becoming. It’s about recognizing the patterns we live inside before we understand them—and the slow awakening that follows.

The writing is minimal yet deeply expressive, inviting readers to pause and reflect on their own lives. It resonates strongly with those who have experienced self-doubt, identity struggles, emotional growth, or a sense of being “in-between” versions of themselves.

Threshold is for readers who value introspection, emotional depth, and authenticity. It doesn’t offer answers—it offers recognition.
