Learn to light your own fire! Practice three rules:
Awareness of awareness, direct self-acceptance,and appreciation. Explore seven guidelines for accessing the thriving state, returning to it when you lose it, and residing in that state on a daily basis.
Self-acceptance is key to thriving. However, the mere statement means little if you are not self-nourishing, and totally self-responsible, immersed in self-care.
This book provides clear guidelines for attaining a sustainable state of exceptional well-being.
The reader is advised to use a marker pen while reading this tip, tool, and technique-rich book. For, you will then be able to flip through the pages when you get down and have one of those below average days -- to bring yourself out of the slump.
Thrival is the next level for the human species, the one our ancestors worked to provide us. It moves us beyond survival concerns and ego limitations to a state of grace and peace of mind. You will develop a peaceful core with which to deal with any and all circumstances.
