He often painted landscapes in an impressionist or Post-impressionist style.Signed by the author to the title page and containing tipped in photographs and notes from the author.Including forty-seven illustrated reproductions, seven of which are in colour, collated and complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, cloth had faded and become discoloured. Bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities. Ink marks to the front free-endpaper. Tipped in photographs and ink notes by the author to the verso of the front free-endpaper and half title page. Signed by the author to the title page. Internally, front hinge is starting but firm. Book is firmly bound. Slight spotting to the first and last few pages, otherwise pages bright and clean Good.
