Time and Time Again

Thomas Katt was born in 1724 and has died Time and Time Again, only to be reborn. He’s been given a mysterious gift that allows him to live through history and bear witness to incredible events that most of us only read about in books. From the Civil War and the St. Louis Worlds Fair to the Wild West and the advent of technological miracles, Katt’s journey is exhilarating and thought-provoking. Katt interacts with some of the most famous and infamous characters in American history, including Andrew Jackson, Daniel Boone, Wyatt Earp, and Will Rogers. He fights in almost every American war. He witnesses Charles Lindbergh taking off across the Atlantic, buys one of the first Model-T Fords, and sees Sputnik launched into space. He is even granted the ability to alter events from the past. What seems like a gift at first becomes a burden as he struggles with the changes brought about by his interference. This romp through time has us question our own choices—should we have said yes to that opportunity? Should we have turned left instead of right? Or will fate direct our lives? Time and Time Again is a must for history buffs or anyone with a sense of adventure and a yearning to explore how America’s past.
