About the Authors

Christian Tewes is Adjunct Professor (Privatdozent) of Philosophy at the University of Jena, Germany. His research interests comprise embodiment theories, phenomenology, philosophy of mind and anthropology.

Giovanni Stanghellini is a psychiatrist, Chair of the School of Phenomenological-dynamic Psychotherapy, and Professor of Dynamic Psychology at 'G. d'Annunzio' University, Italy.
