After spending 20 years in the corporate world, Monique McVeigh decided to leave it and focus on several personal projects; one of them to write about motivational, self-development and inspirational topics. Her motto regarding books is "less fluff is more" and she applied it when writing her first publication "2030 Time Capsule", a guided workbook, where she presents the Life Dimensions MatrixTM as a tool to find inner balance with meaningful life planning. Monique McVeigh spent her childhood between Mexico and the USA, giving her a perspective of the two countries and cultures at an early age. She became the first in her family to earn a college degree and a master's degree. From having spent her elementary school years in a rural village in Central Mexico to graduating with a master's degree in business from the University of Southern California, or managing billion dollar budgets- and working with highly technical teams, she always understood the importance of finding what motivates people and what brings joy in life.
