Time Capsule 2030 is a guided workbook to visualize your life vision for 2030 and to work on goals that will help you achieve your vision by following the Life Dimensions MatrixTM framework explained in this workbook.

By visualizing your situation ten years from now and looking back in time, you can take the necessary steps to be certain your plans are fulfilled. Consider yourself years ahead, looking back in time:

• What would you have done to achieve your goals?
• What would you have done differently?
• What would you not have done?

You will learn how to focus on more than one goal at the time by applying the Life Dimensions MatrixTM principles. Goals clearly defined based on what matters most to YOU.

With the Life Dimensions MatrixTM you will:

• Define your life vision: where do you want to be, what do you want to be doing, and who you want to be associated with?
• Identify what you have and what you need in order to achieve your life vision
• Recognize roadblocks that will prevent you from achieving your goals
• Identify your aspirations in the different areas of your life
• Balance the energy and time required to achieve your objectives
• Set a timeline to revisit, review and update your goals roadmap
• Find inner balance with meaningful life planning
