Geri Fahy is an athlete who is determined to qualify for the next Olympics. Running is her world. Training ever since the age of five, Geri has one goal in life.
To be the best.
There was only one obstacle in her way. Geri's father. He was driving her mad trying to teach her constantly about their ancestors.
As far as she was concerned, the dead were in the past. And that's where they should stay.
After sitting through another hourly session of Native Americans, English, Scots, and even ancient Mesopotamia,
Geri manages to escape and head for her bedroom.
Sleep soon takes her until she wakes six hours later to find herself face down in hot sand, two feet away from a camel. Surrounded by desert, with no idea where she is, Geri is about to face her worse challenge.
