The FIRST Set of typeset photocopied proofs is dated 5/30/97 for chapters 1 through the Epilogue, except Chapter 28 which is dated 6/2/97. The dating is at the upper left corner and appears to be from a fax.There appears to be two different people involved in the editing. The most numerous marks are in green fine point ink from the proofreader. The other is answering the proofreaders comments in a brown fine tip marker. The page total is 219 pages. The SECOND set of typeset photocopied proofs is dated 7/7/97 for chapters 1 through the Epilogue. The page size for both sets is 8.5x11 complete with indicated cut marks and fax heading. Only a few corrections are shown on the second set as opposed to the 5/30/97 dated set of photocopied proofs; At this point the text is probably ready for the first set of bound proofs.
