For Such a Time as This

Keswick in South Florida means different things to different people. It is a time of spiritual refreshing through dedicated bible teachers who are led of the Spirit in expounding the word of God. Some enjoy the rich fellowship as old friends get to meet and greet and new friends enjoy the love and joy that flow among the Keswick family. Still, for others it is a time of sober reflection as they come with deep desire to pursue a deeper life of holiness. There are those who come out of curiosity to decide whether it is worth their time. Whatever is the reason, South Florida Keswick is a thriving ministry that has survived sixteen years and is showing signs of growing.

This collection of essays represents a kaleidoscope of thoughts and perspective on this amazing event. The editorial team has chosen to share these with the Keswick family (and all else) as a way of being transparent and to challenge ourselves to be evaluated and seek to improve the product. Keswick is vital and we want to be relevant in our ministry to the body of Christ in South Florida/.

Rev. Dr. Raymond Anglin has served as pastor, administrator, professor and consultant in the Jamaica Baptist Union and the Presbyterian Church in the USA in Georgia and Florida. Raymond is a founding member of South Florida Keswick and a graduate of UTCWI (Jamaica) and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He retired from active pastoring but continues to serve on several committees. Raymond and his wife Pauline, have been married for forty-six years and have four sons and eight grandchildren.

Rev. Dr. Clyde A. Bailey, Executive Pastor at Cooper City Church of God and Director of Cooper City Family Center. He previously taught at the University of the West Indies (UWI, Mona) and later at Nova Southeastern University. His first major publication is a book entitled, Brothers (You Can) Get It Right, and in addition he speaks at conferences, seminars and in numerous churches. He's a graduate of UWI, Mona and Nova Southeastern University. Clyde is an ordained bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and he and his wife Patricia, have one son.

Fr. Horace Ward is rector of Holy Family Episcopal Church (Miami Gardens, FL) and engages in civic and community activities such as the Police Department's Citizens Citizen Advisory Committee since 2008, the Miami Gardens Ecumenical Clergy, and part of the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) a conglomerate of community organizations.He was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Diocese of Jamaica and Cayman, a graduate of the University of the West Indies and completed post-graduate work at Drew University and St. Thomas University. He and his wife Marcia have three children and six grandchildren.
