About the Author: Growing up, Kathryn Clay loved to watch interpreters signing to her older brother. She especially enjoyed watching them sign song lyrics, how their entire bodies moved as they signed. Kathryn has written more than 30 children's books on a variety of subjects from dinosaurs to dancing. She received her MA from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently working on her MFA.
