Full black leather with gilt lettering and vignette, facsimile author signature to front board also in gilt. Light rubbing to head and heel of spine, tips of corners. Mild, uneven sunning to boards. Previous owner signature to half-title. Text is clean and bright, no marks. Illustrated throughout with charts and diagrams. As developed in the Taylor System of Management. With a foreward by Carl G. Barth. "The beginnings of time study date back to 1881, when Frederick W. Taylor was foreman of the machine shop of the Midvale Steel Company of Philadelphia. He recognized that it would be more accurate to time each element of the various kinds of work to be done with a stop-watch, and then find the quickest time in which each job could be done by summing up the times of it component operations and adding a reasonable percentage of allowance, then to search through records of former jobs as a guide in judging the price. After two years of experimentation and trial he was conviced that this method was a success." (from the Preface).…

Shipping terms
Orders generally ship within two days of ordering, more often on the same day.
As often as possible, I use recycled products to package the books.
This is not only a positive for the environment, but it helps us keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
Oversized books, heavy books, and sets will often require additonal postage.
If you are ordering overseas, these extra charges may be enormous.
Oders to Hawaii will only be shipped by Priority Mail.
