About the Author

Michelle Lamphere worked as a hotel executive for more than 20 years in the Black Hills of South Dakota before packing it all in for a life of adventure. She sold her home, packed away her belongings and began her two-year journey by motorcycle with her boyfriend through remote northeast Canada to Labrador and Newfoundland, and then through the United States, Mexico and Central and South America on her way to Ushuaia.
