About the Author

Dr Muyiwa Olumoroti graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan in 1992 and studied Cognitive Neuroscience at the Imperial College, London. He combines over 23 years’ experience as a medical practitioner with a background in general and forensic mental health, cognitive neuroscience and management. He currently works as a psychiatrist in South London. Muyiwa has been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education for many years including more recently in the training of specialist doctors to achieve competencies to take up consultant posts in psychiatric practice. His further areas of work include coaching, mentoring and teaching on leadership, empowerment and emotional intelligence. Muyiwa Olumoroti is a published author who has also written articles and research papers in national and international journals.
