Design on front board and spine still full and vivid. Water damage to rear board causing it to bow. Gift inscription on front endpaper dated 1927. Water damage to bottom edge of textblock. Dust jacket is in fair condition. Heavy chipping to both ends of spine. Heavy water damage to spine. Small closed tear to front panel. Water damage to rear panel. Water damage to the inside of dust jacket.
