About the Author

Dr. Christoph Riedl completed his doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar at the Chair of Information Systems at Technische Universit�t M�nchen (TUM). He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard University.
