About the Author

Philip Hansten, PharmD and John Horn, PharmD, are Professors of Pharmacy at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Drs. Hansten and Horn are recognized internationally as authorities in the field of drug interactions. They have lectured extensively in the US, as well as about 20 other countries. Drs. Hansten and Horn have a combined experience of more than 50 years in the study of drug interactions. They have been authoring reference books on drug interactions for over 30 years and the books have been translated into 5 languages
