Oversized hardcover with DJ and slipcase. Gray cloth over boards with gold lettering on front cover and spine. Measures 9 x 12 inches. Covers are clean and unmarked. Corners remain sharp and tight. DJ with white and black lettering is clean and glossy; fits snug to boards. Gray slipcase with white and black lettering is unmarked, with light bumping to corners. Book fits snuggly inside. Title page not dated. Copyright page dated 1986. 216 pages. Pages are clean and bright, with color plates throughout. Binding is strong. This is an oversized (and overweight) book. Extra shipping charges may be required for international or priority delivery.

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
