You Are Touch (Paperback or Softback)

"A space where

the heart

can be

set free."

In this book, Colin Boyd draws on decades of experience as a dedicated spiritual practitioner and body worker to present the healing modality of Intrinsic Touch Energy.

ITE explores touch, movement and healing from the starting point of understanding that we are energy and we are subtle beings, and how to work with that.

Drawing upon Qi Gong, breath control, meditative practice and yoga, Colin offers simple exercises that anybody can do to re-sensitize their body to Reality and the gifts that Life is giving.

This book is for anyone who wants to bring practical, gentle movement and body integration into their spiritual practice; and for anyone who wants a movement and stillness modality that is based in a holistic understanding of the body as energy rather than a scientific-materialist lens.

This book offers direct instruction on how to bring positive healing energy to others through the time honored practice of the 'laying on of hands', a simple yet profound healing form.

Illustrated with clear color photographs showing the exercises, ITE also makes use of poetry and contemplative insights and affirmations to help draw the reader into a depth of 'feeling being', a space that communicates the essence of the practices.

Altogether, this is a practical yet fluid method that reveals your hearts true nature.
