About the Author
Maury Forman, Ph.D., is the Director of Education and Training for the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development. He was the winner of the Economic Development Council's Preston Award in 1998 for outsanding contributions in educational advancement, the U.S. Small Business Administration's 1998 Vision 2000 Award, and the ROI Research Institute Award for Innovation in Adult Education. He is a popular speaker across the country and is known as an educator and humorist.
