This notebook helps the athlete to record his results, progress, and goals throughout the season.

It is suitable for all age groups. The book is designed to keep track of progress over an entire year.

A page at the beginning of the diary allows your child/teenager to write down all his personal information.

There are two pages per week: on one side the practice and events of the week and on the other side the competitions of the week.

My Week, is for writing:

• the work done during practice sessions
• Coach's advice
• other sports practiced (school, friends)
• important events of the week and goals (sport or personal life)

Week’s Competition is for tracking:

• the events (competition, round, mark...), up to 4 events per week
• Coach's Advice
• what the athlete thought, what he did well, what he would like to improve

The notebook provides enough room to write.
