Title printed within a cartouche in upper left corner of map, with coloured company's flag at tail. Legenda printed at tail of map, also indicating posts of U.S. and British Consulates, Dock and Coaling-stations, routes only navigably by large Steamers. English text. Wall-map depict. the Asian & Southeast Asian shipping-lines (main lines printed in red) of the Java-China-Japan Line, J.C.J.L., between Machuria, Korea, China and Japan, Bengal, Burma, Philippines and Colonial Indonesia, incl. New Guinea. Besides lines legenda also indicate U.S. and British Consulates, Dock-and Coaling Stations, routes only navigable by large Steamers. A very interesting and rare Route-map. Still in rather good condition. (upper-pole replaced by a modern plastic pole, lower pole original, some spotting in sea-areas, not in printed areas, some soiling and spotting on verso, blank, of map).
