A remarkably scarce copy of this late-nineteenth century volume for railroad trackmen, bound in original period green and gold cloth. Complete with illustrations, tables, and photographs. About very good condition, with some handling wear and rubbing, particularly to edges and extremities; rubbing to back board; binding is tight and square; crisp gold text on spine. Neat ownership inscription at top of flyleaf; light normal internal toning with an occasional dust-spot. Overall, quite a volume for the railroad history collector. 15943. 200.
