Trade and the marine environment are inextricably linked. How is this link considered at international, regional, and national levels to ensure that a balance is struck between trade and the protection of the marine environment?

Kim Ngan Vu is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law and a co-chairholder of the WTO Chairs Programme at the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam.
