Book has a modest crease running length of front cover, two tears to front cover (top and bottom edges, ~1 1/2" & 2 1/2 "), modest rubbing to hinges of spine, a mild chip to bottom corner of front cover, mild rubbing to edges of front cover, mild chipping to bottom edge of spine, modest creasing to back cover, a tiny chip to bottom corner of back cover, mild rubbing to edge of back cover, a small tear to bottom edge of back cover (~2"), a tiny tear to edge of page 30, front hinge cracked and held by staples, a very small inscription to page 5 (blue ink), and back hinge also cracked and held by staples. otherwise book is in fair shape with bright pages and a mostly intact binding. *Photos available upon request.
