The Training Officer

This book aims to train current training officers and aspiring training officers to prepare them for the true roles and responsibilities of a training officer. The book’s primary objective is to offer motivation to training officers and ensure passion in their development, which is critical when encouraging other people to be as enthusiastic as they are in their duties. Because of the increasing number of departments that fail to deliver the required motivation to those striving to be firefighters, this book will offer the materials needed to develop a progressive training program.
